Local orders will be delivered within between 5-7 business days, but can be delivered sooner depending on the details of your order. Out of state orders may ship within 5-7 business days but may take up

to 7-14 days from receipt of order, excluding weekends. Please note, orders placed during heavily promoted and/or holiday periods may require additional processing time.
 

Please allow 7-14 business days for shipments within the continental U.S. to arrive. Expedited delivery is unavailable.

 

Shipments are only available to the contiguous United States. Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO, and international destinations are not available at this time.
 

Sales Tax: We are required by law to.

 

Collect sales tax for deliveries to some states which, if applicable, will automatically be applied during check out process.

 

Refunds & Exchanges

If you are experiencing issues with a Ari’s Aromas product, or if items have arrived to you broken, please email us admin@arisaromas.com , which will help us get a replacement to you as quickly as possible.

 

Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. For any issues with your order, please contact the customer service department at 1-888- 944-4301 or email admin@arisaromas.com with your name and order number from the email you used to place the order. Please note that refunds will be issued in the form of arisaromas.com store credit.

 

Please note that returned products must be in the original packaging, unused and in sellable condition.
Due to the nature of our products, used candles and wax melts cannot be returned.

 

For products that have arrived damaged, it is not necessary to return the product. Please email our customer department admin@arisaromas.com a photo of the damaged product, along with your name and order number within 7 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you with a replacement.
 

If you have received the wrong product or are missing a product in your order, please let us know within 14 days of your order being delivered.
